KidsSave 1.3.2

KidsSave is a kids' savings and money management program designed for ages 6 and up. KidsSave helps you and your child keep track of savings, encourages saving through Reward incentives, and helps your child set and track goals. With KidsSave, kids can make deposits and withdrawals, receive allowance and Rewards (interest and/or matching funds) and view their statement history over time. Also included is a Money Counter that helps kids sort and count their money.

The KidsSave program handles all Account management automatically so once the Account(s) has been set up, the Banker (typically the parent) has little to do. Unique features allow the Banker to have access to all Accounts, define interest, allowance, and/or matching funds, enable spending locks and require confirmations of all transactions.

Another unique feature of the KidsSave program allows kids to manipulate matching funds, allowance, and interest in the What If? section in order to view changes/growth in their Account over time. This helps to establish an understanding of the effects of different variables on savings over time and generates excitement as kids can see the possibilities of their Account growing. Kids can also identify a personal financial goal and, with the help of Bubbles our wizard, develop an appropriate savings plan to reach it.

Kids love the ownership and control they have over their Account. They are in charge of making their own deposits and withdrawals. And to personalize their Account, they choose the color and style theme they want and create a PIN code for private access.

Parents love the fact that everything is taken care of for them. There's no need to remember to hand out allowance or to calculate interest earned or even mess with slips of paper reminding them how much they owe their child. KidsSave handles it all!
